What is the inseam of the pants and any idea how wide the bottom of the pant is ?

Inseam is nice and long. These are good pants for taller people. I'm 6'3" and wear a 34" inseam in everyday pants and these fit great with some length to spare. The cuffs are wide and will accommodate any ski boots. Happy to measure if you're seriously interested.
