@sj: yeah I noticed that, there's not even an option for more, I guess 3 is all you need. Did you see the color choices? I guess "ice blue" is calling my name but nah.

Sucks you right into the purchase, I guess.

How about white hull, but the name of the boat in ice blue. Classy and subdued, no?

So true. Realtors have a pretty bad wrap similar to car salesman (Not Bobby of course ) due to the useless ones that make x selling a home and they didn't do a damn thing. That annoys people and rightfully so. On the other hand, those same people can go get their license and give it a shot instead of bitching. Starting out is a tough go and most don't make it around here.

What in the FUCK do you expect in a ski town?

If they wanted to live in a hyper-competitive, shitty lifestyle world, they could move to Texas, amirite?

We built it 20 years ago. Owned the land for 10 years before that. Place is pretty mint.

Well the elliptical has to go but yeah the rest of it, pretty much most days.

C.- Harris Teeter is a grocery store chain, it's pretty decent, a little worse than Wegman's, a little better than Safeway. Main thing is, it's close by. There's a Safeway like another mile down the road.

i looked at a place in my old neighborhood on a lark and potentially for my older sister.

no one could tell me how old the roof was, i thought that weird. obviously a newer shingle, but thought is was a selling point and , hello, a very important piece of information?

i know the neighborhood, i literally was raised there, i got bad juju from the place, that counts to imo.
