Was in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. Went to Catch in Aria and Nobu in the Hard Rock. Both were very good.

Nobu was better though. Still my all time favorite restaurant. The miso black cod lettuce wraps are the best thing I have ever eaten, hands down. This was second time I’ve dined there and I thought they were the best thing I’ve ever had the first time.

Also had some toro otora. The belly of the tuna. Six little pieces for only $100. The taste and texture was amazing. It pretty much melted in your mouth. A few lucky hard 8’s paid for it all and them some.

Ate at Gramercy Tavern a couple of months ago, that was a very good meal and not ridiculously expensive. No-tipping policy is interesting, certainly the service was excellent so I guess it's fine, although i worked in restaurants for a long time and don't mind tiping well for good service. https://www.gramercytavern.com

Went against our personal grain tonight (we favor foodie places) and tried the new steakhouse in town. It was great but if I’m honest this is all I cared about:
