Think i had a thread about this stuff awhile back?
Don't like it on sweet corn, which is what i think i got it for.
Cottage cheese about the only thing i know i like it on.

Tajin has become a staple for me. Mostly on sliced avocado or cucumber, but occasionally on anything bland on my plate. Have not used it as a seasoning in things I am cooking, though.
But my life is better now with Tajin in it. Thanks OP!"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ

Based n the first go-round of this thread, I bought some Taijin. It's okay. The chemical lime taste is a bit weird. And too much is definitely TOO MUCH. I proved that one. I put it in the rotation for a while but it fell out. Didn't miss it. Never did get to the street corn thing and I have like a whole (jar?) (bottle?) (what's the right word?) left, so that's on the agenda.
