I am sure you were scared beyond belief and probably need to go seek counseling for your near death experience.
Not sure about your state, but in Tennessee, this would make a great claim for negligent infliction of emotional distress. Assuming of course you were scared beyond belief and had to seek counseling for your near death experience.Last edited by TNKen; 08-06-2019 at 09:32 AM.

Whoa, solid tree,
Glad you're uninjured.
Similar thing happened to me a few years ago.
I had just parked my car at the edge of the lot near the street when a Blazer jumps the curb and T-bones the passenger side of my car doin ~45mph.
Good thing I was still in my car as it got shifted about 25' and 90*.
Was just about to exit the vehicle, had I been standing on the driver's side I'm pretty sure I would have been maimed, crushed and trapped under my own car.In search of the elusive artic powder weasel ...

wow. Crazy. I briefly met a guy about 10 years ago, he was a lawyer specializing in motor vehicle claims. He said, if you're in a vehicle for any reason, even just for a minute, put the seatbelt on, as "you just can't believe the shit that happens around cars". I've tried to take that to heart.

Looks like a 1st gen Flying Spur. Maybe a $50k car in mint condition.
Your insurance should have fun with this one.
