I am sure you were scared beyond belief and probably need to go seek counseling for your near death experience.

Not sure about your state, but in Tennessee, this would make a great claim for negligent infliction of emotional distress. Assuming of course you were scared beyond belief and had to seek counseling for your near death experience.

Especially if the driver is in a Bentley.

    Whoa, solid tree,
    Glad you're uninjured.

Similar thing happened to me a few years ago.
I had just parked my car at the edge of the lot near the street when a Blazer jumps the curb and T-bones the passenger side of my car doin ~45mph.
Good thing I was still in my car as it got shifted about 25' and 90*.
Was just about to exit the vehicle, had I been standing on the driver's side I'm pretty sure I would have been maimed, crushed and trapped under my own car.

He’s from somewhere in canuckland. No doubt laws are different up there. Wouldn’t hurt to talk to a lawyer, though, especially if it looks like he might get stuck with the deductible.

wow. Crazy. I briefly met a guy about 10 years ago, he was a lawyer specializing in motor vehicle claims. He said, if you're in a vehicle for any reason, even just for a minute, put the seatbelt on, as "you just can't believe the shit that happens around cars". I've tried to take that to heart.

Does the Great White North not allow subrogation claims? Your insurance talks to their insurance, determines this shit was all their fault, and then collects any deductible, etc. so you are not out of pocket on anything.

Idk. But someone discovered a Bentley handles differently than a dogsled.

Simple physics. A body in motion...

Anyone here know the turning radius on a dogsled? Looks like the Bentley is 18.8ft (or 5.7 meters Canadian.)

Looks like a 1st gen Flying Spur. Maybe a $50k car in mint condition.

Your insurance should have fun with this one.

I discontinued the collision coverage on my fence. I'm worried now.

Is it a long out of production, collectible fence, with a manual perhaps?
