Where was that shot beside telluride? It looks like so many different types of mountains/terrains in those two clips.

A lot of it was initially shot in BC, but they finished it in Telluride.

Steven Grabow was the biggest Coke dealer in Aspen in the 80’s.

    It sucks.
Not enough skiing to be a good ski movie (though the ski scenes are decent), and beyond that it's a shitty B-movie.
This. Objectively, it's an awful film. To the point that it's a challenge to actually sit through the entire thing. There are some great one-liners and funny scenes, but I'm in no rush to watch it again.

Nah, that just makes you old. Why not carve out a portion of your busy TGR posting schedule and go watch a classic? Go ahead, we can wait.

You can go ahead and follow Danno out the door. Turn your passwords in with the guy up front who’s not DJ Sapp.

That had to come out of the box fan budget.

It’s a terrible movie but it’s also great in all of its cringeworthy glory.
We tried to watch more when I recorded that Steve segment but I couldn’t do it.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I thought it was pure cheese the first time I saw it, but started to enjoy the unintended comedy, great skiing, and even the hackneyed trying to make it big / love triangle / love bro-tangle story upon multiple re-watchings. But there's a required time buffer for sure.
