Jojo left his home in Tucson, Arizona

    For some California grass.

And who can blame him, amirite?

What I want to know is: was Loretta mistaken about her gender or was her guy cheating on her with not another woman as she assumed but a man? I've never been clear on that. Can you help me out?

I moved from Tucson (only lived there for a year actually) to California and I'm not going back. (But Tucson is a pretty cool place, unlike Phoenix.)

I've been to Tucson twice in my life, and it was a month or two apart for completely different reasons.
But yeah, I would go back.

I just talked to a lady today who's getting ready to move to Snowflake, Arizona. I looked at it on a map. It's not near anywhere.

Sorry, but Tucson these days is just too “big city“ for me. I prefer the simpler times down the road there a piece at Old Tucson.

I bet property values have taken a dive there with the current vernacular climate.

And they get snow in Tucson and nearby mountains. Not much mind you.

It's too small. How are the people going to fit in that little place?

Getting back (see what I did there?) to this "California grass." Are we talking a plot of land or the Devil's lettuce?

I always thought they were saying the latter and subtly suggesting that's why it was California grass...NTTAWWT

doesn't one have to take a wrong turn at Albuquerque to get to Tucson?

Oh, and in regards to what kind of grass it was, weren't The Beatles done with hallucinogenics/psychedelics by that point in their career?

According to my sources, John was arrested for possession of pot in 68 and George in 69. Get Back was recorded in 69. So yes, I think they were referring to pot - very obviously so to everyone listening at the time.

Weren't they barred from ever entering the US after that possession bust? Guess they couldn't "Get back."

I looked at property there. The prices seems high for so far of the beaten path.
The real estate guy told me it was like Aspen. He was offended when I started laughing.

Maybe Jojo and Elenore were lovers.
