I worked with Gary Ridgeway's SIL and my neighbor in Seattle worked at Kenworth with him. Now he lives down the highway from me. Ish.

BTW - I've been dropping clues in all my replies (not the comment about Gary Ridgeway)

KQ: do you actually own a gun? Maybe something for the 'yotes, maybe a little 38 by the vibrator next to the bed in the drawer?

    Hmmm.

I do and the 'yotes have been crazy lately. Last night it sounded like there was a pack in my front yard but killing them is not my style.

I wasn't sayin that, but I don't want to kill a dog either, but I've been in a situation where I had to. You have stock, nuff said.

Coyotes don't take down stock unless they're totally starving. If they do it then. Bunnies are more their style.

    and cats

My donkey's would kick their arse if they got in with them.

Add: they do take sheep and goats. Neighbor lost several of both to coyotes a while back. They had to bring in a state trapper to get them. Turned out to be a couple of BIG males doing the killing.

Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

On Cats and Coyotes: I am hard pressed to kill but in a pinch I'd plug a coyote if it was stalking my cat. No problem.
    Is that creepy?
Oddly in the Hole, the Coyote population has dramatically dwindled since I moved here. Big predators moving south pushing them out.

Owls, Eagles and Coyotes, the pecking order for cat killers round here.

That was the closet I slept in, in a studio apartment with 7 dudes. 2nd best spot. Guy on the lease had a couch, I took the closet, everyone else was on the floor like a box of puppies.

I still ski in that same hat, see bbiutah19 photos.

Back in the day when I was at the UW living on Greek row Bud would sponsor block parties where they would set up kegs on every corner and they would bring in the Miss Budweiser and park her street. Wild times!
