What’s with all the love for B-more?

It’s hot and you’ll get murdered. Drive in, visit aquarium, see an Orioles game, and GTFO...live in the burbs. Baltimore sucks.

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

You missed the part about gettin' crabs.

As far as the love part, Benny likes it because he's getting pussy there and riser3 has never been there, but thinks he likes it 'cause Trump hates it. Yeah, other than the inner harbor it's a shit hole.

Hah. Never been there. Hah. True, I have never resided there. I have visited my family a bunch over the years. It's a big southern city in America with the typical issues, that in large part were created by people like Trump. So they can all fuck off.

Here is my fav Bmore crab cake recipe. https://andrewzimmern.com/2012/12/31...le-crab-cakes/

I do not use the hot sauce and substitute old Bay.

Yup. Minimal filler. Keep the crab as pure as you can.

This is the recipe I use, it's pretty similar to the other one but uses white bread (squishy store-brand or Wonder or similar works best): https://baltimorewatertaxi.com/wp-co...Baltimore2.jpg

The first recipe calls for lump crabmeat, the second one says lump or backfin, in my mind they work better if you use a combination of lump and backfin. Use all lump and they tend to fall apart. Use all backfin and they're too squishy. maybe 60-40, 0r 70-30 lump is how I roll. I prefer to pan fry them in a butter/oil blend. Couple tablespoons oil, couple good pats butter, brown the butter and walla walla.

    Well...yeah.

And Bennie can get crabs pretty much anywhere in Maryland...it's the State motto or something.

Yeah. Ever since the ESPN Zone closed, I have no reason to go back.

I was traumatized by an old boss who whenever we were in any city on business wanted to go visit the local strip joints. I would have to place Baltimore near the bottom of the list for places to spend money to view naked women. I've never been to Scranton though. If you must, Tampa and Houston are the places to go for this sort of thing.

Wilmington is near Baltimore...but I hear they have a decent buffet.

I'd go anywhere the women didn't have dirty feet, tramp stamps and smell like a Sephora store.

Just the Port Covington project (led by Under Armour's Kevin Plank) is projected at over $4 bn in private investment money, and while that project is huge it's far from the only thing going on.

Definitely some really nice areas in the city and also some war zones. Tons of cool old buildings waiting for redevelopment and also a lot in the redevelopment process now. I think there's some stellar real estate opportunities where you could get in really cheap but you might have to wait 10 years.

Biggest problem right now is the tax rate is high, and the police have been at about half-speed since the whole Freddie Gray thing. New police commissoner may help and there's a lot of tax incentives in the pipeline from the state, so who knows but it's far from all grim there.
Pretty accurate. I would say that the po-po is running at about 33% efficiency. I have a family friend who is a cop/detective.

    Baltimore's cool. Trump's a retard.

I wouldn't call them burnt out buildings...just abandoned. Fulton Avenue is a warzone BUT the lights are mostly timed !
