    FS: DPS Lotus Spoon Pure 178cm w/ or w/out Look Pivot 12 - $745 / $595

    FS: DPS Lotus Spoon Pure 178cm w/ or w/out Look Pivot 12 - $745 / $595

    Ski dimensions: 140-122-126
Bindings are mounted for ~286 BSL (Dalbello Kryzma sz. 24)
Famous boat hull tip. Powder skiers dream.

My wife bought these thinking they would be fun in the trees in VT - they were a bit much to handle. After two days of skiing them, they got retired to the garage. We tried to sell them locally in VT, but didn't work out - Eastern skiers weren't about them.

That said - these are BRAND NEW skis with tons of storage wax still on them, edges are pristine, bases are gorgeous, bindings (which can be included if you want them) barely show any marks on them. I'm also selling them as a flat if you want. Prices above. Pure (all-carbon) construction. This ski retails for over $1,000 and the binding goes for around $300. Great setup and the pricing is competitive.

I am an eastern skier and I ski these in the east (occasionally) so let’s not bucket us all as one.

Unless your wife is ~170lbs + expert, I am not sure why she thought this would be a great ec tree ski. Missiles that demand speed and command.

GLWS. Fantastic ski for the right driver. IMHO skis more like a ~182cm given the flatter tail and rearward mounting point. Plenty up front and short pintail is quick and slashy. Demands speed but can kill it on a dime.

Yeah, those are way chargier than you'd expect for a 178. Fantastic in anything soft, only reason I sold mine was "meh" performance on firm groomers, and I get they're not intended for that. Metal 177 Katana gives up a bit in the pow, but rails a lot better on groomers. Depends on what you're looking for.

For what it’s worth I had the 190 something in these skis and was underwhelmed by the powder performance. Had much higher expectations. And bought them in plastic for $600

More chargey than floaty. They eat up terrain/soft chop at speed and my best times on ‘em were wind buff so may just not be the best in class surfy floater.

I love it when you talk dirty.

I have 192 138s and always thought a short pair of spoons would attack steeps and trees well. Those cleats and shapes have always intrigued me.

OP, ya probably $200 high but I stand by my dirty talk.

*edit* I don’t like to price police but that’s my estimate in TGR land. Not saying they aren’t worth your ask (never selling mine) you just likely won’t get that here
