What's your opinion about the Confederated Salish-Kootenai Tribes / Montana compact on reserved water rights from the CSKT reservation in MT?

I'm not intimately familiar with that one, but I could become so if you had a specific question you wanted answered.

This is your area of expertise? I don't believe we have a Confederated Salish-Kootenai Tribes / Montana expert here yet.

I am not an expert on that and it is sort of a trap.

I am, however, something of an involuntary expert on Montana road and easement law. It's more exciting than it sounds, especially when one of your clients gets chopped up: https://helenair.com/news/local/inve...79f916f59.html

I represent the chopped up guy's estate. And some other folks on the road who were his friends and were basically ran off by neighboring psychopaths.

So you are the resident meth expert? That puts you in the "new money" category ?

    Bummer.

I thought you'd be the chateau la Fite and and all around blasé expert.

I'm many things to a few people.

I'll happily drink a $800 bottle of wine, but my palate is not that tuned to notice the difference between that and a more everyday wine like Joseph Phelps Insignia. I think Cruiser is our wine expert.

$65 - $75 is about the point of diminishing returns. After that it's just marketing BS.
