    Very cool. Reminds me of hiking the Yosemite Falls trail--one of the people doing it that day and making the top was using Canadian crutches, another was 80+ years old. We all made fun of the people doing it on horseback, all of whom looked like they could have done it on foot--when the lead packer made us get off the trail on some very steep switchbacks to get out of their way. 3000 vertical up and down on crutches must be tough. (Not dissing horses--they definitely have their place, just not there.)
