    Halloween in Las Vegas?

Family trip for in-laws 50th anniversary - I have very little influence on the agenda or trip details and am dreading it a bit, TBH.

Seems like I could at least get an evening for a date night with mrsacinpdx — good show + great restaurant recs?

Anything for the teenage kid to do?

Pt II - easy travel costume suggestions? flying in, bonus points for wearing thru the airport - likely no masks/helmets, tho traveling as Chewbacca would kinda awesome

You’d have to shave your beard, but yes. Oh yea, you’d need a cigarette holder as well.

For family entertainment, the Blue Man Group was fun

An Apollo astronaut suit, act like your going to the moon, tell everyone in the airport and on the plane, during the whole trip how epic your journey will be for all mankind

Tao at the Palazzo was was a fun nightspot last Halloween. Favorite restaurants:
    1: Yellowtail at the Bellagio
    2: The Palm at Caesar's

Depends on which one, most saucy is O, least is Love, about the Beatles. Killer show, great music!

Zipline downtown and the Stratosphere rides for the kid . Big-ass ferris wheel for all.

With 13 year old's, IMHO the best place to stay in LV is the Red Rock Resort. Sure, it's 13 miles from the strip, but it has a great pool, a huge bowling alley, a 13-15 screen multiplex, and great restaurants. You can always uber, or drive to the strip for the novelty of it.

You should dress as one of the showmen, like you are going to work. Like a blue man fuly painted but in regular clothes, maybe a Thunderman from Down Under (jorts, cowboy hat, and no shirt).

    I wouldn't recommend going as a terrorist.
