Ski Week at Heli-Accessed Ski Lodge in BC

    Hi all!

Even though it is July and we have just put the skis away for the season in Mammoth, looking forward to putting together another awesome guided and fully-catered ski week at one of BC's great huts. Sunrise Lodge is perched at tree line, with easy access to alpine terrain right out of the back door, and tree skiing below the hut. With plenty of north and south facing terrain options, there is something to suit everyone here, regardless of snow conditions. This is a perfect hut to get a feel for the bigger mountain skiing that the Selkirks are well known for.

Dates at the lodge are April 4-11 (fly in and out on a Saturday, giving plenty of time to explore and ski between 3-6,000' per day.
Based out of Golden, BC, you would have the option of arriving on your own and skiing at Kicking Horse Resort or using your Ikon Pass over at Revelstoke prior to flying into the hut, or using the included van transfer from Calgary Airport (a 3 hr. drive from Golden).

The week will be fully catered, with more than you could hope to eat! The only thing not included is your own alcohol. Typical day includes getting woken up by the smell of cooking bacon, skiing all day, getting back and enjoying the sauna and a cold beer, and then eating a well-deserved meal in the well-appointed lodge. The guides will be myself, and Dave Stimson, an Albertan ski guide who has spent a lot of time in this range.
