I've tried bacon bourbon ice cream, green tea ice cream, popcorn ice cream, lemon basil ice cream, and blue moon ice cream (still surprised it turned out so well) among other unusual flavors. One flavor I want to try is buttermilk ice cream. I had it at Husk in Savannah a few months ago and it was great.
