Anyone have any experience with the Moment Pro lens kits for phones?
I am trying out their 18MM lens on the upcoming July 4th holiday. Just curious if anyone has used these lenses, and what their experience has been. The ultimate plan is to use this on an upcoming Europe trip, along with a rented Nikon Z7 mirrorless setup. If these lenses are good enough, I may decide to not bother with the mirrorless setup, but I still think I would want some sort of real camera with me.

I’ve been directed to Moment lenses by some very fine photographers recently. I bought the case for my new phone but haven’t gone for the lenses yet. Let us know your thoughts.

I bought the kit coming Next Day. I will take some sample shots with and without the lens. Using a Samsung S9. If I like it, I am going to grab the 58mm soon too, along with a Gorilla Pod. Might be all the camera I really need. We'll see.

I kind of get it, those pictures look great. But in my mind you don't really solve any problems of the phone only camera and you take away the greatest part of only carrying a phone, which is pocketability/quick inconspicuous shooting.

Meh, only slightly. The case stays on the phone, and the lens screws on in a half turn. I left it on there a couple times with the lens cap on, and it wasn't too bulky in my pocket. I don't think I really want to do that too often, just in case I damage the spot where the lens mounts. It does feel pretty solid though.
