Balsamic reduction on Vanilla ice cream.
Tonnato sauce on a Milanesa.
Hardboiled eggs are the only thing I like un-doctored (ie Heinz) Ketchup on.
Everything bagel with cream cheese and ham or smoked turkey.

A friend of mine sighted Chocolate Hommus (that was how it was spelled on the container) at Costco recently.
I Goggled it and apparently it has been a thing for a bit:

Triple decker sandwich with butter on Wonder Bread and sugar poured heavy on the butter was a favorite of mine at one time.
A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

Melba Toast. Toast dipped in warm milk. My dad used to eat it a lot as a snack. I think it started as a depression era meal cause it was a cheap way to fill up.
