Replace my JBL flip3
Battery died. Dies in minutes from full charge. Liked this thing, but want a better power supply.

Get two of these: https://www.amazon.com/OontZ-Angle-U.../dp/B073BVWRSP
They will pair with each other via bluetooth. Sound great.

^ Agreed on the Oontz (stupid name)... Cambridge Soundworks is solid stuff. I have 2 as well and it is nice to power and pair them both to have a real right and left channel for stereo.

I’ve had the regular turtle shell for about a year. Great sound, battery lasts for days, and it charges your phone. Just got the ultra, the thing is badass. Strong bass and great sound, haven’t had to charge it in a week. Also charges the phone and even has led mood lighting.
I also have an Oontz. Good sound and small. But the turtle shell ultra is a step above for sure.

The inlaws have a turtle 2. It's decent but I don't think it's worth the price.
I have the DOSS Touch from Amazon. It's great for its price, I like that I can bring it camping and not be worried about it. It is a bit tinny though.
The Oontz Ultra seems to be the way to go.
Or this at half off (and it's red, so.....): https://www.outdoortechnology.com/co...nt=29973944451

^^agree. The connector where you insert the power cord of our flip is wonky. I have to get the angle just right for it to get connection.

Replacement seems pretty simple, no soldering involved.

Send that thing to my house so I can have an extra one in the basement after 20 minutes to replace the battery. Much easier than brakes on a Subaru.
