    I bear sprayed a dude

Drunk, road-raging local idiot. I was biking home and witnessed him purposely crash his car into a couple others then went off the road. So I stopped to hang out and give my statement to cops. Drunky exits his smoking car and was target-locked on me immediately. Stumbles up to me and starts throwing haymakers. I give him a couple shoves back and was trying to keep my bike between me and him. I thought about shooting him but once I saw and smelled how hammered he was I knew he wasn't a lethal threat. Fortunately one of the people he crashed his car into had bear spray and tossed it to me - as he's still trying to punch me and grab at my glasses, helmet - and I warn him a couple times he's gonna get sprayed if he didn't stop. He came at me again and I gave him a half-second burst. Dropped him to the ground, screaming. Highly satisfying. I even tried to help with giving him water to wash out the spray, but later learned that just re-activates and spreads the chemicals and you should use milk instead.

    Hell yeah.

That plus video of the bus load of people kicking the crap out of the rock thrower has made my day.

In this day and age I’m sure there’s cell phone video of this event taken by some slack jawed yokel who would rather get likes than get involved to help.

I look forward to it being added to this thread.

Agreed. This thread is useless without a shaky, vertical cell phone video.

If you don't have milk will urine work? How about sperm?

My last trip to the Silver bike park had me wondering if I should pack? The level of slum (and associated characters with meth mouth and tapout shirts) intermixed with Dave Smith parking lots while pedalling the trail of CDA back to the lift was concerning.

I wonder if Dave Smith has a goon squad to keep the cars safe?

I knew a guy that liked to eat that stuff. He'd spray it on windows outside the bar and lick it off. Seemed to be totally immune to even the hottest pepper. Someone ordered pure capsicum and he ate it with a spoon. He eventually ended up dying of unknown causes in the county jail.

Concealed carry is a great way to amplify personal liability while leaving personal risk largely unchanged.

Give the OP a break, he worked the “should I kill this fucker?” decision matrix perfectly.

Pretty awesome that some quick thinker was there with a handy can of bear spray/instant karma. Really shows how problems are just opportunity.

At what range did you hit him? Did you feel any effect?
