Cool! How do you get a new belt on? Don't see a split in the drive side anywhere.

Edit: I think I get it actually, neat solution.

Damn man. I have no need for a single speed or light hard tail but that thing is awesome looking? I cant figure out the trick with the belt. Care to explain?

Drive-side chainstay and seatstay are not actually attached, just pinched together by dropout slider bolts. Pull chainstay away from bike to split the dropout slider in half.

This might help, note the seams in the dropout slider:

Yep. Super easy to swap the belt out or set it up as a 1x drivetrain, too.

How tall are you, or what’s your inseam, stand over height etc?

I have a M frame but have a 30” inseam and monkey arms so have issues with some L frames.

I'm 5'11" with a 30-31" inseam. The seatpost is down in the frame as far as it goes, and it's a good fit for me. I think a swap to a 125mm seatpost might be better so I have some adjustment room, I just never got around to it. Otherwise, the bike fits me great.
