Recommendation on a mechanic that would be able to look the vehicle over and inspection?

Unfortunately, the mechanics at the place we use seem only borderline competent. You would probably be better served using Yelp, unless one of the other guys from here pipes up.

Yes,, I could obviously google or go to Yelp reviews, and pick one with a rating above average. Did find a mobile mechanic that way if the seller does not want to drop the car somewhere for an hour or so...
