    Visa Renewall

Wife is here, citizen now, son is a citizen now too. Have a sister in law that came on a tourist visa to help with the new kid. Getting close to the end of the six months. Options?

I got the Southwest Mastercard. 50k points after spending $5k. Not very good international flight options, but 2 free bags.

Is the SIL a POC? What's your physical address? And are there weapons in the house? Did she cross over from Mexico?

, I lost my ICE hotline number.

I think if the SIL is white, doesn't have a non-white accent, and arrived here by means other than the southern border, a visa overstay is perfectly legit.

Not sure you can while sibling is here.. and likely not at all/ever if she gets caught overstaying a tourist visa.

In the past you could get a lawyer and file a bunch of paperwork. In Bay Area they'd charge $3k or so for a shot. Not sure it's worth trying now.

A consult with a good immigration lawyer about what paths are available would be well worth it.

The system is really well automated online nowadays and pretty easy to navigate.
