    American Tourists Dying on Vacation

There was a near epidemic (well, media hype will make it seem that way) of Canadians dying in Mexico a few years back.

Real question here is if these people took selfies before expiring. Selfies have been positively correlated with tourism deaths elsewhere.

What more evidence do we need to stay out of any pool that has a bar accessible from the water?!?!?

It is apparently a huge and growing problem. Not just illegal booze with wood alcohol to save money. Lots of cases of intentional poisoning too. Even bar employees are in on it sometimes.

I got so sick after visiting the DR. For 6 weeks, they thought I had dengue fever or some shit.

    Nope, Maui for me.

trying to make sense of a couple leaving their 2 year old child behind with grandparents to go vacationing, does not compute

Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

Really? Makes perfect sense to me. At what age does the child need to be for you to vacation without them?

    I'm with this guy.

Tropical vacations without the children are heavenly...

Yeah what the hell? Parents aren't allowed to vacation without a toddler now?

My wife already told me once we have kids I best be taking her someplace nice sans kiddo as a gift for carrying it for 9 months.
