Yeah, it's the Hokarangen part that I thought I could make sense of, but maybe not--I already had google's input but thought there might be some meaning beyond the geographic to Hokarangen.
It might be an inside joke among some old, Swedish bump skiers. Not sure, It was in response to a video made at Killington (of all places).[quote][//quote]

Wiki says it is a small district near Stockholm. Population near 9,000 as of 2012. The picture shows a 4 story apartment building. Looks nice enough, but maybe it is the Swedish equivalent of a “project” building.
My take is this phrase is like saying “big fish in a small pond”.
