Screws in helicoils backed themselves out, WWMD?

I have a ski with some helicoils in the holes for the toe piece, during a tour a noticed the screws had back themselves out. What should I do now? Epoxy and steel wool? JB weld? New screws?

Just curious what the collective would do in this situation.....

Just the screws in the helicoils or the whole helicoils? If it's just the screws, put some blue loctice on 'em and screw back in. If it's the whole helicoil, I'd go with epoxy and steel wool based on my experience with spinner screws.
    It sucks to suck.

Helicoils are still in. blue loctite? I used wood glue the first go around since there is a fair bit of wood still exposed.....
