Nice shots! I have spent most weekends this winter at Mammoth, but I have had some fun days at Baldy down here. I really wish every winter was like this one.

"You ever hear of a little show called branded? Arthur Digby Sellers wrote 156 episodes. Not exactly a lightweight." Walter Sobcheck.

    URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.A late season storm will bring periods of snow Sunday into Monday
morning, with accumulations expected above 6000 ft. Including the cities of Big Bear City, Big Bear Lake,
    Running Springs, and Wrightwood

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM SUNDAY TO
5 AM PDT MONDAY ABOVE 6000 FEET...

    * WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total
snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches from 6000 to 7000 ft, 2 to
5 inches above 7000 ft with localized amounts up to 8 inches
    above 8000 ft, are expected.

30-55 mph wind too, should do a nice job filling rockfall potholes and smoothing sun cups, and covering pollen and dirty snow that melts faster.

^ Yeah, except for wind-stripped areas. Always lovely alternating between corn (or ice) and mank every ten feet... The sun will cook the new stuff quickly though.
