    What is this?

How important is it? Where can I get one?
This is taken from the heel of a Dynafit TLT FT12 Radical. I have one and am missing one.

    Ur gunna die!
Jk Iíve always wondered that myself. I dutifully install them when I move my radicals around but always was curious

It's to allow the new post mechanism of the radical to slide more easily and without wearing topsheet.

It seemed near random whether they were supplied with all radicals or not.

Didn't seem to make much difference because the Radicals still kinda sucked with or without and were less durable compared to earlier dynafits (apart from the heel lifter design which was a great improvement).
