If i were going to give that kind of money, or any kind of money, I'd want to see some kind of plan and timeline, not just write a check and hope it was spent wisely. Seems like they have enough money to do the engineering and other planning--too early
for big checks. I wouldn't pay a contractor full price up front for a garden shed.
