A hot girlfriend is a distraction. Look at DJ's tabloid relationship. Tiger can focus 100% on what he needs to do and not worry about entertaining some model or celebrity.

I ţhink Lindsey was busy enough that she didn't need to be "entertained". She probably thought the whole golf scene a bore compared to the WC.

She probably got way bored watching him practice, which is what they do all the time. And doubtful she's a caddy kind of girl.

There are some party animals in every crowd, Some are easier to find than others, but they are definitely there.
Carl Jackson's brother is our kids Godfather. He lives across town from us now. See him a couple times a year now that he's retired. He's definitely not one of them. But, I agree there are several.. Just like roadies are the real party animals on the band tours,Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

Tiger has won at Pebble but I have to wonder what the USGA is going to do to it. If they strive to protect par it’s going to be a clown show.

I knew a traveling salesman who had a wife, 5 kids, and a motel maid in every town he stayed in. I saw a couple of them, To say that they were plain is being polite He said his rule was to never play with anything that you might fall in love with. I did notice that she got the briefest hug after the match. The "relationship" might be working for both the way it is.

ok
I will say it was one of the best masters finals I've seen. He was focused. Not knocking Tiger but Molinari chocking helped.A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

The Masters
Kid and dog spent the night away last night. Wife and I put one on to the point that she was dancing in the front yard at 1am... worst hangover in many years. I threw up. I don’t throw up.
Still was watching the Masters by 9:30. I’m in the back surgery business, and count me as one who never thought he’d win a major again.
Was so fucking stoked for him, and when he was hugging his kids I shed a tear. But Jesus... Nantz, tried so hard to get Tiger to cry in Butler Cabin it was ridiculous.
Can’t wait for the PGA.

Maybe, but I think Tiger is determined to give golf everything he's got. That might change if he wins a few more but to play the way he does with his body is more than a full time commitment. Every minute of preparation matters. There's just no time for women.

I personally never gave up on him, just kept hoping he would get it back.
I said at the start of the Masters, his demeanor, his strut, and his facial expressions were different. Calmer.
On a lighter note, can you imagine his kids thinking yeah, yeah we heard all the stories, yada, yada, we know you are Tiger Woods, but you are still the nerd dad.
Then today BOOM..They get to witness the real Tiger fooking Woods. It had to be an eye opener even for his kids to hear the TIger, Tiger explosion from the crowd.
To be able to turn the clock back 20yrs to let his kids see just how appreciated their dad really is in this sport, around the world.
Then on Sportscenter, you see how many elite professional athletes stopped what they were doing to watch Tiger.
I would dare to say, NO athlete of this generation has the pull Tiger has on the World...Love him, or hate him...you watch
Tiger with friends was really cool, even the 2nd place guys were giddy about him winning, which you never see.
I have never seen Brooks break his badass character to give anyone praise, but today when he said yeah, he really is that good.
Best Masters I have ever seen.

Matthew Primeaux, senior vice president of strategy and operations for BetStars, said the book had discussed allowing players to bet $100 on Woods at 100-1, but later settled on $10.
"I believe my direct quote was, 'Guys, there's no way Tiger is winning this tournament,'" Primeaux told ESPN. "Whoops."

Any player who thinks this isn't good for the sport is a real dumbass. Betcha a hundred bucks that the ratings for this Masters weekend were ridiculous compared to the last few years.

screw just that. Every player on tour should be kneeling before Tiger. He singlehandedly made the purses what they are today. Nicklaus had 118 total wins. He made just over $9million dollars his entire career, yesterdays purse alone was just under $2mil for the winner. Even if Tiger quit golf tomorrow, his impact will be felt forever.
