Mount Ushba. Some Austrians climbing the South Face. Trying to bribe our pilot to drop us of there 😉

Heli in Georgia is much safer than a chairlift.

Day 3. We went up high onto the glaciers under Mt Tetnuldi. It’s jaw dropping terrain...

    First drop

Steeper terrain. Watch for the ice ❄️

Snow was much better than expected considering the heat

Awesome. Hoping to go next winter on back of a work trip. If you don’t mind my asking, how’s the cost of the trip?

it’s €6800 plus 600chf or so to get to Batumi from Geneva or wherever and a couple of hundred euros for beers/tips. Extra heli hours above the 14 at €200 per person per hour

    It’s a great experience

2 groups drove in to the Laila range to save some heli-time

Svanetian roads have nothing to recommend them. But the scenery is stunning...

    Dusty chopper

    The prize!
