187 Praxis Protest w/ Salomon STH 16
Bought these unmounted off a fellow forum member last January and used them a handful of days in Japan. I mounted them with a brand new set of Salomon STH 16's and this was the third mount. They are mounted for a 326 bsl and 1cm back from the dot. Small based ding on near the edge/binding that I noticed as I was taking photos. Just waxed the skis a few weeks back.

Hell of a deal. Hoped they'd work out for you, Japan and all.
Flex is stock 3 flex and previous mounts are sth1 for 295 @-1.5 and 295 at suggested. I greatly preferred -1.5
I think 3 or 4 flex is fine in this ski. Such a big sweet spot in the protestant that they still truck in a 3 flex and dont seem soft

So the current bindings wont work with the previous mounts, right?
Id possibly interested in just the skis if thats the case.

The shop I used to mount these would not mount with helicoils, so its likely the current bindings would work with the previous mounts.
