The tour layup doesn't have the diagonal rear tail and instead has a concave skin compatible one. So take off about 2cms from the blister straight pull measurement. It will still ski about the same length though, cause that portion of the tail is turned up pretty far (tail rise due to twin tip) compared to the rest of the ski.
