That's not a Radical 2.0, the underside of which looks like this:

What you have was originally sold as the Radical ST/FT which was discontinued when the Radical 2.0 ST/FT version came out a number of years ago. Users now refer to the original Radical ST/FT as the Radical 1 ST/FT. I've seen that breakage a few times on the original Radical 1's.

The Radical 1 ST/FT was then relaunched in 17/18 as the ST Radical and available with 82, 92 or 100mm brakes but, as I understand, that part was tweaked to mitigate against that failure.

If you bought the bindings new in December I'd be concerned that you've got the latest ST Radicals and not new old stock of the Radical 1.
