Parents, hug your children and tell them how much you love them

Since this is sort of a family here in this odd little part of the internet and the world-

My stepson Tate passed on Tuesday in a bike crash. I hope he knew how much I loved him and how proud I was of everything he accomplished. I don't think I told him enough and now I can't.

    Wow so sad

Kid seems like a Badass charger. Fully driven in everything he takes on.

I’m sure he knew, and I’m sure you told him.
Must be hard as a step parent, trying to figure out the boundaries of how much love hugs and kisses you can give.

Kiss and hug my kids several times a day. It’s the best feeling in the world.

Hang in there ElChup. I can’t imagine the pain.

Sorry to hear, I work in the industry and a few of the folks here know him through racing. Always sad to see a fellow cyclist go.

So sorry man, this is horrible.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

Sorry to hear it. I was part of the cycling industry for several years and always enjoyed the tight-knit feel of the community. I hope you can find some solace and peace in the coming days and weeks...

I can't even imagine the horror that you're going through...condolences to you and your family.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.
