I supose YMMV,
IME leaning forward like a fool on purpose I could easily bury the tips of the wailer or pull them back out of the snow, also it was designed to make smaller turns than I wanted to make, so while I liked the Wailer I didn't love it and when Marshal Olson sent me the warranty skis for a core void I sold them still in the wrappers
The Lotus 120 I can lean all the way forward like a fool and I can't make the tips bury , they make huge turns or slarve down to small turns, I love the 120 so much I found another pair in 190 to go with the 184 but i think the red hybrid 184 skis better,
I found the 120 is to be a very versatile pintail that I can use anytime I want to flaot on new snow but it can also carve,I've skied moguls on it, a great ski for the slush cup
no idea what the 138 is likeLee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know
