In overtime, Cousins throws the two best passes of his career. So Clutch! Go Vikings!

the Texans coach needs to be Watson's manservant. if the Texans did not have him to pull the ineptness that is a bill Obrien called game into a win over and over, bill would be back coaching in college already.

The Eagles should have taken the 3pts when there was still plenty of time on the clock. Down 5 on that next drive instead of 8 could have made a difference in Seattles D play calling.

Well Seattle barely beat a McCown led Philly team. (I don’t care how good a basketball player McCown is at charity events.)
They are going to have a, ahem, difficult time against a well prepared and rested Rodgers in GB in January.

My disappointment has been lessened by the hiring of Mike McCarthy.

Tell me I'm wrong to be glad he was hired by dem boys.

As an Eagles fan, that's my hope.

Maybe he can bring that same plain-vanilla boring offense that got him fired in G.B. to the NFC East.

Won NFC North 6 out of 10 years. 2nd twice in that run. He will do well with Cowboys.

Agreed, not that I need any NFC team but the 49er's to do well. Thank you Vikings and I hope teh Seachickens freeze up on the Frozen Tundra.

He was the 49ers OC before the Packers hired him. When it happened, we just shrugged because he kind of sucked. He then proceeded to squander the prime of an all time QB. For just one example, I suggest going back and checking out that playoff game against Seattle that he shockingly was not fired after. One of the worst choke jobs in the history of sports.

He's obviously competent, I don't care how good your QB is, you need to be competent to win a SB.

That said, all of the criticism is valid. To his credit (how much credit will depend on how he does this time around), he supposedly absorbed the criticism and has spent the last year studying analytics and offenses and the like, to supposedly be a different coach the 2nd time around.

Only fanboys use the choke word. There’s a lot going on in these games and there are poor decisions all the time. Packers were strong on both sides for a decade.

The Packers really aren't that good. Seattle will win that game by a good margin, and we'll all get to enjoy multiple camera views of Rodgers' pouty face.

49ers are in for a surprise too.

Vikings vs. Seahawks in the NFC championship.

Dallas’ hiring of McCarthy only means that the Browns are now guaranteed to hire someone who isn’t competent.
I still call it The Jake.
