He has become a much better passer, top tier for sure, since last year so who knows? If he can continue to pass at this level then even though an injury would limit the dual threat aspect of his game, he could still be very effective.

Looks like we're about to find out.

    23-16 Ravens.

SF made affective defensive adjustment. Spread the d-line a little.

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

1 more before hits and injuries take their toll. he's better than RG3 and Vick and he may be able to take more than RG3 did and he's a better passer but even in today's not harming the QB league, mobile guys get hit and injured; see carson wentz.

.500 team since superbowl....Howie needs to go for not picking the right players....Doug needs to go because he cannot make in game adjustments. Miami like 32nd in run D, and the iggles run it only 25% of all their offensive plays. The iggles post game show is still on...and priceless.

Don’t forget to fire Schwartz b/c, well, I’d think a hallmark of a def coordinator would be to play defense.

Ravens/49ers was a great game. I hope Jackson can stay healthy, but he puts his head down and takes running back style hits. I shake my head each time. JHC

It doesn’t seem like the Ravens coaching staff discourages it either. More like, they call a lot of designed QB run plays. Are they throwing all their chips behind a 19/20 stooper bowl run?

Watching Mahomes this season, who isn’t quite as explosive as Jackson, you can tell Reid told him to get on the fuckin ground. Quite the opposite in Baltimore.

Yes, but man he's handicapped with his DB's....and the DB coordinator...never developed anyone in that position since Bobby Taylor and Dawkins.

Agree. I see Jackson putting his foot in the ground and making running back cuts, staying inbounds, etc. I guess they are all in.

#1 seed ain't going to matter. They finally have an O line playing sort of ok ball but nobody can get open. Against a poor pass defense. Pat's ain't winning anything this year.

I'm really baffled why the Pats offense looks (and continues to look) this bad. On top of all the penalties and miscommunications (who is this team??) guys arent getting open even when the O line gives Brady all day.
and its not like we're running schlubs out there
Julian Edelman - one of the best slot WRs in the game
James White - one of the best pass catching RBs in the game
Mohammad Sanu - 6'2" wheels and good hands
Philip Dorsett - has shown flashes of brilliance and is at minimum a competent WR who runs good routes
N'Keal Harry - FIRST ROUND pick and arguably better WR than fellow rookies Deebo Samuel, DK Metcalf, Marquise Brown or Mecole Hardman, who have all been more or less beasting for their respective teams. ????

I'm really having a hard time figuring out why Harry has not made any kind of impact. First round pick!! Second WR taken in the draft! Perfect fit for the Pats O, a guy who lines up anywhere, runs crisp routes, and has a huge catch radius. WHY ISNT THIS GUY GETTING LOOKS???

Why does Brady seem like such a little bitch? Throwing his helmet at the staff on the sideline, yelling at his wide receivers, pouting when he doesn’t make a 2pt conversion that doesn’t really matter, and worst of all just kind of falling over when he feels pressure.

Maybe it’s because the patriot hate is so ingrained in me, but he just seems like a grade a douche. Anyone have any feelings otherwise?
