As opposed to the small meteor strike??

Hey, at some point this season, the Browns are gonna put it together. I mean, they have to, right?? There is too much talent on both sides of the ball

Small might not be enough, unless it hits Tohm right on the head.

They will turn it around. They had a 22 point lead on the Seahawks and choked it away, they went into Baltimore and dominated a really good team. They also completely shit the bed against a bad Tennessee team and a really good SF team.

They are loaded with talent, and they are just trying to figure it out (and trying too hard) right now. Personally I think it’s because no one played together until game 1.

I mean, Nick Chubb is one of the most dominant backs in the league right now. Run the ball every fucking play until they respect it which will free up all those WRs. Shit, Kareem Hunt comes back this week, they should have a crazy good backfield.

Also helps like 8 out of the next 10 are against garbage teams so hey.

I think Sanders was a great pickup for the 49ers even if the price was fairly steep. Fills their most glaring need and he's smart enough to adapt very quickly.

    Also

Pats have 18 INTs. They've allowed 1 passing TD.

Sounds like Sanders asked for a trade - some kind of drama after the Titans game?

Sucks for the donkeys, short term at least. And right now I don't have much faith in Elway to make smart picks.

I think it's just that they're clearly rebuilding, and also clearly moving to develop the young WRs, especially Sutton, which is why he asked out. But whether he asked or not, he was on the trading block.

Didn't he blow up on Sutton in the preseason at some point? IIRC Sanders wasn't too impressed with Sutton's preparation, which must be doubly frustrating with a guy who is taking over your role as the #1.

That pre-season crap sounds kinda familiar. Sanders will kill it in SF. Run game, pass protection and better QB. Be fun to watch.

    Elway presser:
“I think eventually with what happened after the Tennessee game [a 16-0 victory] and where we were and with the value we were getting for him, we decided it was the best thing for our team to trade Emmanuel,” Elway said at a news conference without clarifying

    The Sith Lord trolls OBJ.

OBJ says Bill Belichick tells him the same thing in pregame each time they play: “I hope you enjoy today, because there’s not going to be much for you.”

OBJ says he's bringing goat-hair cleats to the game as a gift for Brady. GOAT shoes for Brady ahead of the game seems like a bad look, almost a concession prior to the snap.

Pats put Josh Gordon on the IR

Trading for Sanu suddenly makes a lot more sense.. really hoping N'Keal can return soon and make an impact

All because he tried to stop a defensive TD, what a hero.

I'm beginning to question the rehab program up in Foxboro. I think if they can rehab Johnny Manziel it could bring some respect back to that part of their program.

Vikings vs. Redskins tonight. For the last three games Cousins has played like league MVP. Vike fans hoping this is the new norm, bracing against reversion to the mean.

Well, Mitch Trubinsky looked good against the Redskins, so he's got that as inspiration when he hits the film room.

Pretty sure Tonya Harding or Manute Bol is the current holder of the title belt.

As long as there's no drug test, I see Johnny winning either of those.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's that Johnny Football is a safe bet.

It would be really impressive if Bol was the current holder of anything.
