What's new? What even is football? I forgot.

When you intentionally don't score a TD so that you can run down the clock and kick a field goal? That's when you know the refs are on your side. Wish he would have missed that FG. Pretty cool to see the kicker do the leap though, good for him.

Disappointing. But the kitty cats need to find the end zone just a tad more.

Ghost calls and non-calls gave Packers the win, but yeah Detroit beat themselves too.
At least now we know it's the NFC North vs. the Packers and the refs

Don’t disagree, but watch the replay. Crosby waves his teammate over to help him “leap” into the stands. Actually smart - protect the money-making leg.
Officiating was blatantly horrific this weekend. I agree with TB12, this shit is unwatchable the way the refs are calling shit.I still call it The Jake.

If they are going to cover every millimeter of field with a high def camera the only future I see is CHALLENGE EVERYTHING.

I already thought the NFL was rigged but that shit last night more or less proves it. Glad I'm not really invested in this stupid subjective sport.

I'm not one for conspiracies but when I turned on the game and saw Detroit moving the ball well and up a couple scores I thought to myself, surely the league isn't going to let Discount Doublecheck lose in Lambeau on MNF to lowly Detroit.
Luckily the refs figured out a way to make sure that didn't happen.I still call it The Jake.

They really did. I would not have believed it had I not watched it with my own two eyes. The refs blatantly handed the game to the Packers. For those that missed it,
Monday night’s NFC North tilt between the Lions and Packers was an entertaining one that ended in miserable, embarrassing fashion as the refs took control of the game and gifted the Packers numerous extra plays and sets of downs in the fourth quarter by calling a pair of phantom illegal hands to the face penalties on Lions DE Trey Flowers, which directly led to a 35-yard Aaron Rodgers-to-Allen Lazard touchdown and the "game-winning" chip-shot field goal for Mason Crosby as time expired. On the final “penalty,” the Lions sacked Rodgers to force a fourth down and long field goal with just under two minutes on the clock and were going to get the ball back. Instead, the Packers kneeled it and kicked the game-winning field goal as the clock struck zeroes.

Is it wrong to point out the the Pack have been on the losing end of a number of controversial calls over the years?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Why thank you. You might actually like my let em play style. Just too much running.
They got fucked two ways from Sundays. My point is that they had 5 FG's and 1 TD. When you are in Aaron's house, converting one or two of those FG's into TD's really helps your cause. You can almost expect some calls GB's way or Aaron just quick striking like he did. To take down the top dog, you need a little killer instinct like you had back on your own 20.
