^^I know I've been short on providing 'sweaty man in spandex' content as promised. You'll like the next episode, I swear.

Mid day BRICK work outs are the best, if you like heat stroke. It is interesting training in the heat because heat management becomes strongest factor what you can actually do. Then when you go back to cool mainland , body can really GO!

Running on ancient hand built trails through the lava field. Swimming with the locals. I finally put finishing touches on this outrigger canoe I built. Pure carbon fiber, 22 lbs. Sea trials...

Speaking of injury, this was a close one. I just jumped in with less than adequate swell assessment.

More hot brick workouts and awesome swimming with dolphins action. Then there is this traditional style sail boat that went around the world (damn can't remember its name) that pulled into the fish hoist that we got to check out.

Hard bike workout, 8000ft climbing over 30 miles. Twas a bit much.

I really like the Phish cover Vesna does in here tells a good story of family adventures being had and yet to come.

Nice a Kona pier swim getting out to the blue water. So amazing being able too just jump in the water and cruise.
