Anyone running HCG in conjunction with their TRT? Asking for a friend

Checking in. Starting trt this week. Been dealing with chronic tiredness, lack of energy, low levels of mental focus and unable to lose weight, even with big changes in diet, increased sleep, exercise, etc
Turns out I have severely low t.
Hopefully I’ll feel like my self again soon.

1 full week in to TRT. Already feel way more like myself. Better sleep quality, more energy, more mental focus, faster recovery time post workout. Resting heart rate has even dropped 5 bpm.
Why didn’t I do this 3 or 4 years ago?

About to start TRT. I tested at 190. Doc said it was my choice if I wanted to do it. I have a lot of the symptoms, and have had for most of my life, described in above posts. And I just turned 50. Is 190 really all that low? Am I stupid for starting it? Downsides? He prescribed gel, I'll pick it up on Monday, no idea yet which one, how often, or how expensive.

Hm, yeah that's right, that when you have a low level of testosterone you feel weak, lifeless and don't have any motivation to do anything. I struggled through the same state when I was 25. I was working out in the gym and had no success at all. Then I found out that I have a low level of testosterone for my age. I read some Docarzt articles by Nicholas and found one very useful. It was about 5 best testosterone booster supplements. After reading it I started to take some medicines and the level got normal.

As far as I can tell the only downside for me is fucking giant pimples on my shoulders.
But Ellen kicks ass - if she had a beard it would be much more haggard. -Jer
