so people always ask what kind of consulting

to which I reply wada ya need/ wadaya got?

I can't have a business card, however, I do answer the phone like this:. Bubba's Bait Barn and Beach Barbeque, Bubba speaking.

I'm not from the south and live a long ways from a beach. I certainly don't have a southern accent, which makes it even better.
