    I have 916 bindings marked “lab” as well. Anybody know the significance? They have the solid bar style afd.

    I guess you're right. It's kinda weird that there's lab stuff in their cross country lines, Backcountry, shoes...but not Alpine racing stuff (at least in the retail line).

    FWIW, my red 916s say lab on them too.
