Supposedly you can sign up for a free trial of YoutubeTV and get NBCSN.

I will be working tomorrow, so will have to find somewhere that actually has a rip of the stream. Anyone?

Fucking gutted for Bluudog. At really pissed about the inexcusable delays in heli transport. FWIW, this is pretty much the exact scenario Americans will use when explaining why Canada’s health care system is inferior. “Sure, we have modern health care, just wait in line and hope you don’t decline”

have you tried using it? I heard of people already watching it on the redbull app on there phone etc.

I just tried Opera browser and its free built in vpn
Go to https://www.opera.com/ and download and install.
open Opera and in the address bar type opera://settings/vpn
Click enable. Then in the address bar you will see vpn to the left. click on that to set your country.

The good thing about this is that it the vpn only affects the traffic in Opera, so you can continue to do use the rest of your apps/programs as usual

Great racing. The last 10 were super exciting. Would have been sick if Minnaar pulled it. Feel a little sorry for Troy, but amazing job by Loic.

    Thanks for that.
    Great race.
    Minnaar is still the man.
Was so stoked for Troy, I literally turned to my wife halfway through Loic’s run and yelled “I’m so fucking tired of Loic winning World Champs!” And I’m a huge Loic fan!
    This season is all time.

Thought my team had a rough go of it this week. Turns out everyone else had a rough go of it too. That course claimed some bikes and bodies.

Hopefully bulldog recovers alright - sounds like it was a bad one.

Yes on both points, especially the bull dog. MSA treats mistakes harshly

    2019 Racing on Dirt

    Gnar.

Sounds like it was the “la Tarzan” drop, the big rock drop in the seconds woods section with the armored landing?

Kate Weatherly broke her neck “off a drop” in practice too. Looks like she’ll be ok but also will need/has already had surgery. Reece Wilson was concussed and knocked out of the final "off a drop" too. Wonder if that was the same one. I read they cut out a couple roots on the takeoff after these wrecks. I think you can see them there in Finn Iles’ preview run. Just a couple diagonal roots.

edit: Caudio is great and all but Finn's preview video was AWESOME! He should do them all! Gee's were good but Finn's top of the head perspective is way better than the alternating chest/handlebar views Gee used. That was annoying.

Yeah I just used whatever came up on google and had decent reviews. Had to watch six ads to "earn" an hour of time. You could skip the ads once they started. Not ideal but it did work on the ipad. Tried to get the HOLA app after the fact but doesn't seem like it works on ipad, not sure. Didn't try too hard. The broadcast was kinda crappy, almost no coverage of the upper track and seemed like you basically only got to see starts and finishes for the lesser known riders. Now I can't watch the replay without dealing with the same shit.

This Snowshoe race is going to be great. Wish I was there. Every hard core east coast mountain biker better be there. Make some noise!

Snowshoe claiming some victims, including Neko. 2019 has been a rough year for injuries.

Cool to see Charlie Harrison put in a good time in qualies. Although there aren't any points awarded for qualies this round, so it's tough to say how hard some of the fast guys were pushing. I bet times will drop a fair amount in finals, assuming conditions don't deteriorate.

Yup, no weather predicted until after the weekend. Conditions will likely go from tacky to a little dusty, but not dramatically.
Gee described the upper ski slope dead accurate: gravel.
When we rode the course on Monday, the Woods were mildly greasy in the morning from dew, but quickly dried up.
