They'll be even better this year, trust me.

You still riding Mayhem's or moved on to Ripmo...or something different?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

All Ibis this year- we've got Mojo 3, Ripmo and Ripley. I personally still have a custom Mayhem that I'll be selling in a few months, once I get a new Ripley built up.

I think the Ripmo fits "longer", not necessarily larger.

Bumping cuz no one was a chach and I've got a question. Anyone have experience aboard the Transition SentineL? I was cruising PB and there's some great deals. I'm a little concerned I'll be over biked. But at the same time, with a rowdy hard tail in the shed, I feel like have a sled like the sentinel could be justified.

A 5-6" bike is not over-biked around here, IMO. Transitions are nice. You can fit/demo one down in Golden at Pedal Pushers.

edit: check TRs website for "closeout bikes". There are a few good deals there, new bikes and frames.

Agreed. A 130-140mm bike is a great all rounder in Colorado. My hardtail gets ridden only in Fruita these days. Mostly it gathers dust.

Thanks. Saw that on their site. Also seeing mint GX Carbon builds on Pinkbike listed for around 3200 OBO.

I rarely feel like my Patrol is too much bike in Colorado, usually only when riding mellower stuff with the fiancee. It's much more common for me to do something stupid and be glad I have a bunch of suspension to save my dumb ass.

Yup. I haven't ridden less than 150 for almost a decade. And never really find my self saying, "I sure wish I had less suspension."
