Murdochville, Mont Saint Piere
Heading up to the Chic Chocs in a few days. We know the area reasonably well, generally staying at the cabins near the Gite M., and generally sticking to stuff in the guide book.
This time around, couldn't book a cabin, staying in an Airbnb in Mont Ste Anne.
Looking at a couple of areas we haven't seen.
Murdochville: What here is worth skiing, but not motorized access? Nothing against it, just not my thing.
Mont Saint Pierre: This place looks awesome, And steep. Looks like we are arriving along with a foot and a half of fresh snow. Probably not going to skiing a whole lot of slide paths. The pics make it look like maybe some tree skiing. Anybody ski there?
Mixed group of abilities, with options to split up. Range from meadow skipping to pretty steep.

Well, here's some previous stoke:
Thats my boot toe between Deckster and some NH steeps.
One of my favorite Chic Choc places.
On the runout of a steepish Chic Choc gully. I love the fact that I can intro the next gen of my family to BC skiing.
I'll miss the view from the regular cabins.
So, is there any human power only stuff in Murdochville?
I know cats and sleds access a bunch of the stuff.
