    When where how, etc.
Cape Cod League is the best. I used to go to to the Hyannis games a lot when I was a kid, you could just walk in after the first inning. Only ever went to their games but the teams are pretty much all over the Cape. If I was really going to do it in style I'd find out the Chatham schedule and book a room at the Chatham Bars Inn, that place is completely off the hook.

Let the rebuilding begin. With a decimated farm system, it could be a while.

Jeez, the Reds even released Frank's kid. This game is heartless.

Know CBI well and cant imagine the rates during Peak Summer, even with my connections there. Have good friends in Chatham so that's one of the places I was thinking.

    dig this:

Well if you don't do Chatham, Hyannis gets a bad rap but it's cool. There's certainly a wide range of accommodations there and the field is pretty great. When I was in high school trying to get in shape in the summers before football season I worked out on that field every damn day, running wind sprints and whatnot. Some ice sweat up in that shit for sure. If you decide to go there ping me for the download. But really you can't go too wrong on the Cape as long as you keep bridge traffic in mind. Traffic in general really.

cool video but I got stuck thinking about whether baseball is actually younger than it used to be and missed the rest

maybe it's true, less time in the minors on average maybe? hm.

You know whats great about playoff baseball?

Having Ernie Johnson call games on TBS, that's what.

Hang on, wait, I've got that wrong.

Didn't care who won, but not sad Hader got hit. Grisham gave up the winning run on that misplay, but it was at least ties with a clean field.

That Michael Taylor hit by pitch clearly hit the knob of the bat first, should have been a foul. May very well have cost the Brewers the game.

a broken bat single has an impact on the post season, I love that; only baseball has season ending plays on that and guys not fielding a line drive to the outfield.

I thought the replay would have reversed the field call. Looked pretty obvious to me, but hey, dentist don't know.

Sure looks like it hits his forearm, then the knob of the bat. You can see the ball change directions.
