I don’t think they take BP before Sunday day games IIRC.

He's only hitting 30 points better than Trout and is leading the league in RBIs. Cora should probably send him back down to work on his footwork at 3B.

He is the best hitter in the majors right now. Bogaerts is having a monster year and can barely get a mention.

4 game split in the Bronx, I’ll take it.

    Next stop, Queens.

I dunno, I'm seeing some faltering from the Tribe.

Not that I'm not, closer to home.

This is a very tough stretch for my favorite team, but they’re still putting up a shit ton of runs and just lost 2 in the Bronx by 1 run each and still came away with a 4 game split.

Tito says he’s happy, I’m happy.

Game ending double play ball in the 10th?

    Brad Hand: you got it.

Brad Hand: oh, I was supposed to cover 1st?

/facepalm. There’s something wrong with this guy. Seriously.

Wow, the playoff race is getting interesting:
AL Central and Wild card is tight, at the top. Sorry Sox, think you are..... faltering

In the NL there are legit 7 teams that could get the wildcard and 3 that could win the central.

    gonna be a fun month

I just watched the replay, that was a tough call all the way around. Rosario broke from 3rd on contact, Santana could have gone home. And Hand thought he would, so he broke that way to back up home. If Kipnis had known how it would all break, he might have gotten there in time. Same with Hand. But I am not sure that you can fault any of them. Just one of those difficult plays.

Not that I disagree with any of that my Thursday morning quarterbacking says that Santana should have gone home and gotten the lead runner no matter what.

It’s never Kips job to cover first in that situation.

Hand should have sprinted to first the second he saw Carlos wasn’t going to throw to home.

It all happened fast, and if they get it it’s game over. But there were a lot of mistakes made and the obvious play keeps them in the game with the lead and 2 outs.

I know I’m ranting but Hand has been abysmal lately so I’m piling on (never mind he went something like 24 for 25 in save opportunities to start the year )

Mow, Rays are playing the Orioles for 4 games.

A's hang on, lead is 8 games. Best not get swept by the Dodgers or the division is in play

Where's Irul, shouldn't he be at that game wearing his "got rings? T shirt or Jeter Jersey?
