Been really impressed with him this series.
Amazing how little press he has gotten considering what hes doing. He might give Vedurgo a run for ROY if he improves his D....

This offer needs to be accepted before first pitch or it is voided until next time around.

Speaking of homers/strikeouts, the Wilpon's investment in Tebow is paying dividends. .153 average, 131 AB's, 1 HR, 55 SO's. Last 10 he is 34 AB's, w/ 16 SO's. Betting he will make the 40 man the end of this year.
Bit, they'll make it back in spades on Steinbrenners favorite outlet, the back page of the NY Post. They'll sell tickets to people just to heckle him.

First big league game for my 7 yo and he got a good Kershaw game and a walkoff from the rookie. Dodgers are 1st to forty too.

He just blamed a stupid error in the outfield on Alex Cora bringing pressure on the rest of the league. What a moron.

It's been awhile since Minny and the longball were spoken of much in the same sentence. They are letting it rip.

She is way better than the guys in the booth. When she first started she was awesome, but has spent too much time around ARod and is like half way to Joe Buck now.

Women have never played or coached in the MLB.

There are hundreds of former players and coaches I'd want to hear from. Not her. Except ARod.

I didn't have sound for the game because of the Raptors game at the bar, to be say that women can't call a game for that reason is obviously stupid and trolling. Many men have never played and suck at calling games. Many former players also suck. There should be equal opportunity for everyone to suck equally, and for most TV and Radio announcing it seems like sucking at the job is the first criteria.

Long story short, no need to BernieBro the MLB thread.

I'm not quite clear how thats Berniebro, especially since I'm not Berniebro, but I'm with you on the suckage thing, although not totally in. There are good baseball commentators. Darling/Hernandez/Cohen for the Mets are excellent. Singleton/Cone are my favorite pairing in an awful Yankee booth. I'm old enough to remember Red Barber (Bahbah) and Mel Allen for the Yanks. That was cool.

Man, I'll just pass on hearing from former players as regular color/pbp in the booth. Pretty much none of the folks who are good at it were good ballplayers. It's a different skill set.
