    FS: Mavens

Have a few things coming up for sale.
Starting w/Bluehouse Maven-154-139-151. This version has the elliptical rocker and the sidecut transitions smoothed out. 1 mount. 4 base welds and 3 sintered base patches. Patches are just as bomber as original base material and fit nice and tight. Fresh tune and waxed-been in storage, which is why the wax looks oxidized, especially over welds-$75?

Or I would trade for older gold version of same ski.

Haven't had mine out for a couple years, but def had some good fun on that ski. A pow ski you can actually turn on the flats.

Super tempting but I don't think my reconstructed knee would like that much width.

I have and really like my maestros but there have been times when they don't float me enough.

Pretty sure these are pretty much the same profile, just wider?

    Yep, same shape as Maestro.
They also slay spring slush and mank.
Piste is right, amazingly easy to ski from run to run-out/back to lift
Skied mine yesterdayClick image for larger version.

So you like the old rocker profile better?

Looks like if you took the old tip rocker with the elliptical tail rocker it would be money.

Gold & white is stiffer. I wish they had newer rocker though. Being a bigger dude, stiffness wins out

I saw this and went and remounted my old maven protos. The most ridiculous ski ever. I'm praying for snow, there's no better ski on a 30+ inch day.
But Ellen kicks ass - if she had a beard it would be much more haggard. -Jer

Agreed^^^. In pristine powder I would reach for proto everytime. The pair I have just have WAAAYYY to much camber. Stiffest ski I own and I've got a few

Ridiculous camber on mine too almost like a Nordic ski but they still wreck everything.
